Core Responsibilities & Accountability: ?? ?Scalable F&B Infrastructure: Design, implement, and enforce standardized operating procedures (SOPs) across KVB, meeting rooms, banquets, and outside catering contracts. ?? ?Group Training Architecture: Build a structured F&B training academy to systematically coach, train, and upskill supervisors, floor captains, and line staff. ?? ?Event & Banquet Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of high-stakes corporate meetings, VIP banquets, and off-site catering operations. ?? ?Financial & Cost Leadership: Manage beverage cost controls, workforce scheduling efficiency, and event profitability in coordination with kitchen leadership and hotel management. Pressure & Problem-Solving Context: ?? ?High accountability for simultaneous execution of busy restaurant shifts and large-scale catering events. ?? ?Balancing strategic expansion with hands-on operational leadership in a fast-paced, family-owned business environment.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Requirements: ?? ?Proven track record as an F&B Manager or Senior Operations Manager overseeing multi-outlet restaurants, banquets, and catering. ?? ?Proven ability to build scalable service systems, training programs, and performance metrics. ?? ?Language Skills: Advanced/Fluent English and Thai (spoken/written) to lead corporate negotiations and cross-cultural teams. ?? ?Sommelier Option (+10,000 THB/mo): Candidates with formal wine certification or deep sommelier credentials who actively manage wine curations qualify for the monthly allowance.

• Location: Vientiane, Laos

• (Inclusive of Housing Allowance)

• Sommelier Incentive: Additional +10,000 THB / month for certified wine expertise

• Terms: 3-month probation period. Full Lao Business Visa & Work Permit covered upon passing probation.
