?? ?Scalable F&B Infrastructure: Design, implement, and enforce standardized operating procedures (SOPs) across KVB, meeting rooms, banquets, and outside catering contracts.
?? ?Group Training Architecture: Build a structured F&B training academy to systematically coach, train, and upskill supervisors, floor captains, and line staff.
?? ?Event & Banquet Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of high-stakes corporate meetings, VIP banquets, and off-site catering operations.
?? ?Financial & Cost Leadership: Manage beverage cost controls, workforce scheduling efficiency, and event profitability in coordination with kitchen leadership and hotel management.
