Role Snapshot:
We are seeking a systems-minded Restaurant Manager who can set up a scalable floor service system, lead daily staff training, and consistently elevate service standards to maintain KVB's position as the leading restaurant in Laos.
Core Responsibilities & Accountability:
?? ?Scalable Floor Systems: Establish, document, and enforce daily service SOPs, opening/closing checklists, and floor flow strategies that ensure consistent quality across all shifts.
?? ?Continuous Staff Training: Lead daily pre-shift briefings and structured weekly training sessions covering service steps, upselling, etiquette, and product knowledge.
?? ?All-Day Shift Ownership: Maintain high floor visibility across key daily shifts?from high-touch breakfast service and rapid business lunch turnover to upscale evening steakhouse dining.
?? ?Service Quality & Audit: Track guest feedback, conduct floor audits, and continuously optimize service delivery to exceed international guest expectations.

Requirements:
?? ?Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager setting up service systems and training protocols in top-tier restaurants, boutique hotels, or high-volume steakhouses.
?? ?Strong passion for coaching, developing staff, and building disciplined operational habits.
?? ?Language Skills: Excellent English and Thai (spoken/written) to interact with international guests and coach local teams.
?? ?Sommelier Option (+10,000 THB/mo): Formal wine credentials or deep wine knowledge to lead steak pairings and wine sales qualifies for the additional allowance.

Job Title: Restaurant Manager ? Systems & Service Excellence (KVB)
Location: Vientiane, Laos (Relocation Provided)
Target Compensation: 45,000 ? 58,000 THB / month (Inclusive of Housing Allowance)
Sommelier Incentive: Additional +10,000 THB / month for certified wine expertise
Terms: 3-month probation period. Full Lao Business Visa & Work Permit covered upon passing probation.
