- Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Income Audit, and General Cashier. - Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing and financial reporting. - Review and reconcile accounting transactions, financial statements, and supporting documents. - Monitor hotel revenue, expenses, cash flow, and financial controls. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, hotel policies, and internal controls. - Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support audit processes. - Assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and cost control. - Supervise, coach, and develop the Accounting team. - Work closely with the Director of Finance and other Department Heads to support the hotel?s financial objectives. - Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Finance / Financial Controller

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a 4?5 star hotel. - Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience. - Strong knowledge of hotel accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and internal controls. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting / hotel financial systems. - Good command of written and spoken English. - Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. - High level of accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and ability to work under pressure.
