Marketing Communications Manager

Work closely with other members of the Marketing team and Operation Manager to develop marketing tools and customer journeys from Digital/Non-Digital marketing to the company website with high conversion.
? Interested in AI, working with 3rd party to generate innovative marking and communication material. ? Assisting in the preparation of marketing collateral by drafting or editing copy for sales aids, brochures, material etc.
? Measure and report performance of marketing activities and making recommendation to improve results.
? Operate marketing activity and manage schedule ensuring all Medias are delivered within timeframe.
? Cooperate with other team to promote products and promotions.
? Create daily Facebook posts, to engage target audiences across new media.
? Visit off site venues to attract new membership to the club.
? Suggest and plan monthly events for the club.
? Work closely with all the sections of the club to spread the sections updates monthly.
? Complete a monthly marketing report, including all events and new members
? Work closely with international schools, Hospitals and Embassies.
? Attend all club events and produce a write up with pictures after the event.
? Suggest new was of marketing reach to non-members when we have non-member events.
? Familiar with Facebook ads and Google analytics
? Open minded

? Develop an annual marketing plan
? Budget management, to deliver marketing within the agreed budget
