The Cost Controller plays a vital role in safeguarding profitability by monitoring food, beverage, and operational costs while ensuring strict compliance with financial policies and procedures. This position is responsible for cost monitoring, inventory control, and financial reporting, working closely with the Purchasing, Culinary, and Food & Beverage teams to minimize wastage, verify deliveries, and reconcile stock levels. The role also involves auditing point-of-sale transactions, investigating discrepancies, and preparing detailed reports to support management decision-making.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance or cost control, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English.
