The Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and ensuring that all food is prepared to the hotel?s standards for quality, presentation, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. The role supervises kitchen colleagues, coordinates service across outlets and events, and takes charge of the kitchen when the Executive Chef is absent.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Culinary qualification or equivalent professional kitchen experience. - At least 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, including supervisory experience; hotel experience is preferred. - Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety standards. - Ability to lead a team and remain organized during busy service periods. - Good communication skills in Thai; working English is an advantage. - Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
