Job Purpose:
Responsible for overseeing and managing all engineering and maintenance operations of the hotel to ensure that all facilities, equipment, and systems are operating safely, efficiently, and in accordance with hotel standards and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, supervise, and control all engineering and maintenance operations.
Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and other building systems.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of hotel facilities and equipment.
Manage engineering projects, repairs, renovations, and maintenance schedules.
Monitor energy and utility consumption and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and legal requirements.
Lead, train, and develop the Engineering team.
Coordinate with other departments to respond to maintenance requests and operational requirements.
Manage engineering budgets, purchasing, contractors, and maintenance-related expenses.
Maintain accurate records, reports, maintenance logs, and equipment documentation.
Respond to emergencies, breakdowns, and critical engineering issues promptly.
Ensure the hotel complies with brand standards and engineering-related policies.
