Position: Assistant Housekeeping Manager Location: Club Med Phuket Department: Housekeeping Contract Type: Full-time / Seasonal G.O. As an Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you will help ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction while leading a multicultural housekeeping team. Key Responsibilities Assist the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Housekeeping department. Organize, supervise, and inspect the cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities. Lead, motivate, and develop the housekeeping team to ensure high performance and service excellence. Conduct daily room inspections to ensure compliance with Club Med quality standards. Monitor room status, cleaning schedules, and productivity to optimize operational efficiency. Ensure adequate inventory of linen, guest supplies, amenities, and housekeeping equipment. Coordinate with Engineering to report and follow up on maintenance issues. Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations. Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns promptly and professionally. Support departmental budgeting, stock control, and cost management. Replace the Housekeeping Manager during their absence. Participate in Club Med village life, entertainment, and events as a G.O.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Qualifications Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory role within the Housekeeping or Rooms Division of a hotel or resort. Experience in luxury hospitality or international resorts is preferred. Good command of spoken and written English. Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service. Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment. Willingness to relocate and work overseas.
