- Support the daily operations of the Learning & Development department. - Coordinate and administer training programs, learning activities, and the annual training calendar. - Maintain accurate training records, reports, and related documentation. - Support the implementation of corporate training initiatives and learning campaigns. - Coordinate with department heads and trainers to ensure effective training delivery. - Monitor training participation and assist in evaluating training effectiveness. - Communicate learning programs, company policies, and associate engagement activities. - training facilities, materials, and equipment are properly prepared and maintained. - Provide administrative support for Learning & Development activities and special projects. - Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Human Resources.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Human Resource Development, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. - Good command of spoken and written English. - Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. - Good organizational and coordination abilities. - Proficient in computer skills. - Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Passionate about learning, people development, and the hospitality industry. - Positive attitude with a strong service mindset. - Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
