รายละเอียดงาน
- Plan and manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process for all levels of employees to ensure the hotel is fully staffed and ready for its pre-opening phase. - Develop manpower plans in alignment with the organizational structure and business objectives. - Develop and implement training programs, new employee orientation, and staff development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities. - Oversee employee relations, promote employee engagement, and foster a positive and supportive working environment. - Establish and develop HR policies, procedures, and regulations in compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations. - Monitor and analyze key HR metrics, including manpower levels, employee turnover rates, and employee engagement. - Provide HR guidance and support to management and department heads on all people management matters.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
