Job Qualifications

- Experience working in a similar role, minimum 0 -3 years
- Highly developed Thai written language skills
- Fluent English language skills, spoken and written
- The ability to enthuse others with energy, initiative, creativity and imagination
- Experience of developing, implementing and evaluating effective communications strategies
- Solid administrative capabilities including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Ability to work on own initiative, excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
- Bachelor degree

- Plan, organize and coordinate the performance of functions related to employment such as recruitment, preliminary screening, hiring, placement and orientation.
- Ensure compliance by the Team Members, other departments and sections with policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
- Ensure that candidates selected for the hotel meet the job specification and quality standard of the hotel ; monitors deviations and takes collective actions.
- Design Performance Appraisal, program, monitors implementation by all departments; acts on recommendation/result.
- Plan annual employee relations program directed towards maintenance/improvement of relations between management and employees
- To conduct dissemination and/or publication of information affecting employer-employee relations, employee activities and programs.
- Ensure hotel- s policies compliance with labour laws; take collective action in case of deviations.
- Keep abreast with and informs management of development and trends in the local labour situation.
- Advise higher management and departments in the interpretation and implementation of new decrees.
- Supervise and monitor the implementation of mandatory and fringe benefits.
- Prepare management/supervisory, specific professional programs and other training based on needs analysis
- Coordinate with all Department Heads for on-the-job training.
- Counsel/advise Department/Section Heads on the administration of discipline.
- Make sure that its implementation is undertaken in compliance with laws, policies, rules and regulations.
- Supervise Team Members engaged in records maintenance and control.
- Submit periodic reports to the Corporate HR on all areas of Human Resources and training.
- Represent the Hotel in professional organizations concerning Human Resources, industrial relations, learning and development.
