? Direct, coordinate and set up all aspects of the financial and accounting function to ensure compliance with local accounting standards and The Ascott Limited Policies and Procedures ? Support on internal audit matters with all Finance and Accounting Managers and Internal Audit from Ascott Headquarter and CapitaLand. ? Draw up annual budgets, review operational and finance processes and generate timely management reports ? Assist the F & A Manager in the monitoring of operation results ? Review all details of balance sheet for managed properties on monthly basis. ? Support secretarial functions for Thailand cluster such as reviewing and updating bank mandates, reviewing minutes of meeting regarding corporate matters. ? Perform the Manager on Duty as per arranged by the management ? Attend any meetings, events or functions organized by the management

? Male or female ? Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting ? 3-5 years? experience in Finance & Accounting Department or External Audit ? Have good English communication skill ? Have good administration and managerial skill ? Have ability to work under pressure and commitment to success ? Have external audit background
