Human Resource Manager (ผู้จัดการแผนกทรัพยากรบุคคล)

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in human resources management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring decision.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of the hotel.
- Manage employee relations issues by providing guidance, counseling, and conflict resolution support.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to facilitate their professional development.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, including but not limited to, wage and hour laws, anti-discrimination laws, and health and safety regulations.
- Administer employee benefits programs and facilitate open enrollment processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS databases.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions and provide HR expertise and insights to support decision-making.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement, recognition, and morale-building initiatives.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
