HR Officer

-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

-Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.

-Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

-Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.

-Schedule and facilitate interviews, assessments, and other selection procedures.

-Conduct background checks and reference checks on potential candidates.

-Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.

-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities.

-Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
