1. Guest Welcome: Warmly greet and welcome guests as they arrive, extending a friendly and professional demeanor. 2. Reservation Management: Confirm reservations, take walk-in requests, and allocate tables in line with reservation schedules. 3. Reservation: On day-off of reservations, responsible for reservation activities. 4. Seating: Escort guests to their tables and provide menus, ensuring efficient table turnover. 5. Guest Assistance: Assist guests with any special requests, including highchairs, booster seats, or dietary considerations. 6. Queue Management: Manage waiting lists, notify guests when tables are available, and ensure guests are comfortable during their wait. 7. Communication: Maintain effective communication with restaurant staff to ensure timely and coordinated service. 8. Answering Inquiries: Respond to guest inquiries about menu items, daily specials, and other relevant information.

Requirements: 1.Minimum of 1 year of experience as a hostess or in a similar customer-facing role. 2. Customer Service: Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and welcoming attitude. 3. Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with guests and the ability to remain composed under pressure. 4. Organization: Effective organization and multitasking abilities to manage reservations and waiting lists efficiently. 5. Appearance: A professional and well-groomed appearance to represent the establishment. 6. Flexibility: Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. 7. Hospitality Knowledge: Familiarity with restaurant operations, menus, and reservation systems can be advantageous.
