Job Summary
Assist in managing the daily operations of the Front Office department to ensure smooth and efficient guest service delivery in accordance with the hotel?s standards. Support the Front Office Manager in supervising the team, maintaining guest satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence in all front desk functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day Front Office operations, including Reception, Guest Services, Concierge, and Telephone Operations.
- Ensure all guests receive professional, courteous, and personalized service throughout their stay.
- Handle guest complaints, special requests, and service recovery promptly and professionally.
- Monitor room status, room allocation, and guest preferences to maximize guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Support and guide Front Office associates to maintain high service standards and productivity.
Assist in preparing work schedules, training plans, and performance evaluations for team members.
- Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Reservations, Sales, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures, and brand standards.
- Prepare operational reports and assist in achieving departmental goals and financial targets.
- Act as Manager on Duty when assigned.

- Bachelor?s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Front Office operations within a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
- Previous supervisory or assistant managerial experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems such as Comanche or similar PMS.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Front Office operations within a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
- Previous supervisory or assistant managerial experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
