- Oversee daily F&B operations to ensure smooth service and 5-star hospitality standards
- Manage restaurant, bar, wellness beverage, and in-room dining operations
- Control budgets, P&L, food cost, beverage cost, and operational expenses
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, service, and guest satisfaction
- Develop wellness-focused dining concepts and healthy beverage programs aligned with the hotel?s wellness philosophy
- Lead, train, and manage F&B team performance and staffing
- Collaborate with Spa, Wellness, and Sales & Marketing teams to create wellness dining experiences and promotional activities
- Monitor KPIs, prepare operational reports, and drive revenue growth
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and hotel operational standards

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor?s degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B Operations with management-level experience
- Background in luxury hotels, wellness resorts, or 5-star hospitality environments
- Strong understanding of Wellness Hospitality and healthy dining concepts
- Strong leadership, financial management, and operational skills
- Good command of English communication
