DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Respond to customer inquiries and provide professional support via email and other communication channels on behalf of the Sales & Marketing Department.
2.Prepare sales proposals, quotations, invoices, and other related documentation accurately and in a professional manner.
3.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and deliver an excellent customer service experience.
4.Provide administrative and operational support to other members of the Sales Department as required.
5.Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction beyond expectations.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Oversee the daily operations of the Reservations Department to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
2.Support the Reservations team in resolving operational issues to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
3.Coordinate and facilitate reservations, amendments, and special requests for corporate clients, government agencies, and events.
4.Coordinate between corporate clients, government agencies, travel agencies, and internal departments to ensure a high level of service excellence that exceeds
customer expectations.
5.Coordinate with the Accounting Department regarding billing documents and related financial processes.
6.Coordinate delivery schedules and service timelines with relevant departments to ensure smooth and professional customer experience.
7.Assist the Marketing Department in the execution of new marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
8.Prepare memos for special cases or related matters as required.
9.Provide support to other members of the Sales & Marketing Department as required.
10.Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Assistant Sales Manager and Sales Manager.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
-BSc/BA in Business Administration or a related field; certification in Sales or Marketing is an advantage.
-Proven experience in sales; experience as a Sales Coordinator or in other administrative roles will be considered an advantage.
-Good computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
-Well-organized and responsible, with strong problem-solving skills.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-A strong team player with a high level of dedication.
-Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Coordinator or Reservation
-People management skills
-Communication skills
-Be a good team player, demonstrating loyalty and commitment to the organization and team members.
-Service-minded with a strong customer service attitude.
-Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly.
-Optimistic and positive attitude.
-Good at coordinating and following up on assignments.
