รายละเอียดงาน

Responsible for the Leisure sales of 3 property's. The key job descriptions as outlined below:

- Strategically collaborate with the commercial team on selling strategies, promotions, packages, and forecasts.

- To develop, implement and evaluate marketing opportunities in the leisure market for the hotel

- Contribute towards the commercial performance KPIs of all the hotels assigned.

- Attend daily morning briefings and weekly sales meetings to share information regarding the daily activity, business plan, business outlook, competitors, and market trends.

- Prepares a tentative daily, weekly, and monthly schedule to record all sales and other related for the preceding month.

- Communicate and review the Sales Team's performance metrics against key performance indicators.

- Develop and manage new and existing sales channels and sales leads worldwide.

- Identify and participate in the relevant industry events for networking and sales lead generation.

- Presents a summary of his/her visits to the General Manager/Hotel Manager/Operations Manager and Director of Commercial on a weekly basis (Weekly Sales Plan) prior to and after the week is completed.

- Records the statistics, key information, and production of accounts.

- Ensures that all new clients have no negative credit references.

- Closely observes matters pertaining to competition (sites, prices, services offered on a regular basis - quarterly or more often if need to be).

- Promotes the hotel as often as possible through a variety of sales animations including site inspections, entertaining, conducting FAM trips, sales blitz, telesales and etc., of the hotel.

- Prepare and present sales proposals to customers and lead follow-up with customers to close sales.

- Conduct negotiation of the sales agreement with the required stakeholders and customers.

- Communicate and review the Sales Team's (direct reporting lines) performance metrics against key performance indicators

- Contribute to special projects when required.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Bachelor?s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.

- Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in hotel sales, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

- Proven track record of achieving revenue goals in upscale or luxury resorts, ideally in a destination market like Phuket.

- Strong knowledge of leisure, group, and MICE segments.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Opera, Delphi, Salesforce)

- Good communication skills in English and Thai **

- - Able to adjust quickly to market phuket changes
