รายละเอียดงาน

1.Welcome guests and escort them to their tables when required. 2.Present menus, explain menu items, and provide recommendations to guests. 3.Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system. 4.Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally. 5.Check guest satisfaction and respond to requests in a courteous manner. 6.Coordinate with the Kitchen and Bar teams to ensure accurate and timely order delivery. 7.Prepare tables, arrange table settings, and maintain cleanliness in the restaurant. 8.Clear tables and reset them for the next guests. 9.Handle guest complaints and report issues to the supervisor when necessary. 10.Follow food safety, hygiene, and hotel service standards. 11.Assist with restaurant opening and closing procedures. 12.Support stock replenishment and maintain restaurant equipment and supplies. 13.Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1.High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. 2.Previous experience in restaurant or hotel Food & Beverage service is an advantage. 3.Good communication and interpersonal skills. 4.Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage. 5.Friendly, polite, energetic, and service-minded. 6.Good teamwork skills and attention to detail. 7.Able to work under pressure during busy service periods. 8.Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
