- Male, Thai nationality
- At least High School in any field.
- A minimum of 1 or 2 years Front Office operation experience
- Good communication skills in both written & spoken English, other languages would be an advantage

- To anticipate guest needs and handle guest inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner.
- Have a complete knowledge of hotel policies and procedures.
- To greet and acknowledge all guests.
- To welcome all guests in a polite and friendly manner.
- To assist guest with the luggage both, check in and check out.
- To provide the luggage storage service for guest.
- Ensure lobby area is clean and tidy at all times.
- To recommend an interesting sight-seeing and shopping areas.
- Offer information and services where appropriate.
- Thank customers and invite our guests to return.

- Service charge
- 2 day -off a week
