The Hotel Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall daily operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, operational excellence, financial performance, and compliance with company standards. The incumbent provides leadership to all operational departments, drives revenue and profitability, develops team capabilities, and ensures the property delivers a consistent Oakwood guest experience.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Master's Degree is an advantage.
Experience
Minimum 8-10 years of progressive hotel operations experience.
At least 3-5 years in a senior management role such as Operations Manager, Executive Assistant Manager, Residence Manager, or Hotel Manager.
Experience in international hotel brands preferred.
Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
