Responsible for supervising daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent food and beverage service, maintaining service standards, and providing a positive dining experience for guests. Support the Restaurant Manager in staff supervision, service quality control, and efficient restaurant operations. Key Responsibilities: 1.Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. 2.Assign duties and coordinate work schedules for restaurant staff. 3.Ensure that food and beverage service meets hotel standards and guest expectations. 4.Welcome guests, handle inquiries, and resolve guest complaints professionally. 5.Monitor staff performance, grooming, and compliance with service standards. 6.Train and guide restaurant staff on service procedures, menu knowledge, and guest relations. 7.Coordinate with the Kitchen Department to ensure accurate and timely food preparation and service. 8.Monitor restaurant cleanliness, table settings, and overall dining area presentation. 9.Assist with stock control, inventory checks, and requisitions for restaurant supplies. 10.Monitor food and beverage orders, billing, and payment procedures when required. 11.Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards. 12.Prepare daily operational reports and communicate important issues to the Restaurant Manager. 13.Assist with staff briefings, promotions, and special events. 14.Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1.Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred. 2.Previous experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably in a supervisory role. 3.Good knowledge of restaurant operations, food and beverage service, and guest relations. 4.Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. 5.Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage. 6.Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail. 7.Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively. 8.Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays. 9.Basic computer skills and knowledge of POS systems are preferred.
