Role Snapshot:
You will take complete ownership of people operations across our boutique hotel and active dining venues, including Kitchen Vibe Bistro. You will report directly to executive leadership in a fast-moving, family business environment where adaptability, swift crisis resolution, and direct accountability are paramount.
Core Responsibilities & Accountability:
Full-Cycle HR Ownership: Lead recruitment, service training, performance evaluations, and employee retention strategies across all departments.
Cross-Departmental Alignment: Work directly with Head Chefs, Front Office Managers, and F&B leads to enforce service standards and resolve staffing bottlenecks.
Conflict & Crisis Resolution: Handle high-stress interpersonal disputes, performance issues, and operational emergencies on the fly with sound judgment.
Service Quality Culture: Design and deliver continuous hospitality and customer service training tailored to boutique standards.

High-pressure environments during peak holiday seasons, large events, or sudden staffing shortages demand immediate, hands-on action rather than lengthy committee discussions.
Requirements:
Track record of taking full accountability for people operations in a hotel or multi-outlet restaurant environment.
Exceptional emotional intelligence, resilience, and calm leadership under pressure.
Fluent in Thai and English (spoken/written); Lao proficiency is a strong advantage.
Willingness to relocate and integrate into Vientiane hospitality operations.
