Supervisor - Receiving (Dusit Thani Bangkok)

- Bachelor- s degree in finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in cost control, inventory management, or a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software.

- Supervise the daily operations of the receiving department, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Implement and maintain cost control procedures and systems to monitor and reduce operational expenses.
- Oversee the inspection of deliveries to ensure the accuracy of orders and compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with the finance and procurement departments to reconcile invoices and delivery notes, ensuring accurate cost allocation and inventory management.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory and storage areas to prevent stock loss and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Prepare and present reports on receiving operations, inventory levels, and cost control measures to management.
- Train and guide receiving department staff in best practices for cost control and operational efficiency.
