- Ability to pay close attention to detail and maintain accuracy in security documentation, incident reports, and investigative procedures.

- Develop, implement, and oversee security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and property.
- Supervise and manage security staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement appropriate measures to mitigate risks.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans for various scenarios, including fires, medical emergencies, and security threats.
- Utilize security systems, CCTV cameras, and monitoring tools to oversee and track activities across the property.
- Conduct internal investigations related to security incidents, thefts, or breaches of security protocols. Coordinate with law enforcement if necessary.
- Work closely with other departments, such as Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering, to ensure coordinated security measures and responses.
- Assist guests with security-related concerns or requests and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction regarding safety and security.
