- Developing, implementing, and enforcing HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Promoting employee engagement and morale through initiatives such as employee recognition programs, team-building activities, and communication channels.
- Managing HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing personnel actions. Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee data and records.
