“How long will it take?”
- “Good afternoon. I’m from Engineering. I’m here to check your air conditioner.”
- “Is now a good time?”
- “May I come in?”
No problem. What time would be better for you?”
- “Could you show me the problem, please?”
- “When did it start?”
- “Is it making a noise?”
- “Is the water not hot at all, or just warm?”
- “I need to check the unit above the ceiling.”
- “It will take about 15 minutes.”
- “I need to turn off the power in the room for a few minutes.”
- “There will be some noise. I’m sorry for the inconvenience.”
- “I need a spare part. I’ll come back as soon as it arrives.”
- “I’m sorry, this will take longer than expected.”
- “Let me inform the front desk. They can help you with another room if you’d like.”
- “It’s working now. Could you check, please?”
- “The air conditioner is set to 24 degrees. You can adjust it here.”
- “Please call us if there’s any problem.”
- “Thank you for your patience.”
- “I’ve finished the work order in room 712.”
- “The shower in 805 needs a new part. I’ve put it on hold.”
- “I need help with this one. Can someone come to the 9th floor?”
- “There’s a water leak on level 5. It looks serious.”
