แขกต่างชาตินอนคว่ำหน้าอยู่บนเตียง ถามอะไรก็ได้ยินแต่เสียงอืออา — ภาษาอังกฤษในสปาจึงต้อง สั้น ชัด และพูดเบา ไม่ต้องยาว แต่ต้องถามเรื่องสำคัญให้ครบ โดยเฉพาะแรงกดและความสบาย

ต้อนรับและจอง (Spa Receptionist)
- “Welcome to the spa. Do you have a reservation?”
- “Which treatment would you like to book?”
- “Would you prefer a male or female therapist?”

ผิด: “Strong? Strong?” (ถามซ้ำ ๆ)

แขกบอกว่าเจ็บตรงไหนสักแห่ง ต้องพูดยังไง
หยุดหรือเบาแรงลงทันที ถามว่า “Would you like me to avoid this area?” ถ้าแขกพูดถึงอาการหรือโรค แนะนำให้ปรึกษาแพทย์ ไม่ให้คำแนะนำทางการแพทย์
แขกพูดเร็ว ฟังไม่ทัน
